Hence, our Borad of Directors has shouldered the responsibility with skill of managing the Patpedhi with transferacy, flawless co-operation and ability to leadership. They impose code of conduct for the Directors, Officers as well as all the staff members including the daily agents to have proper discipline among the directors, staff members and daily agents. Once society has taken progress they have approached to the Commissioner for Co-Operation for the business area of Maharashtra State.We are concentrating not only on numerical progress but also the qualitative progress of the Society. To know what do the Customers expect from the society the society conducts various Seminars, Training, programmed and Camp for all the Agents, Members, Employees of the Society, which make it possible for the society to have exchange of ideas between the agents, members and employees and make necessary changes in the working style.
